Kineta Robotics B.V. (“Kineta”, “we”) is a fictional company based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains how we process personal data on this website and in our products.
2. Data we collect
Contact details you submit through forms, basic analytics about how the site is used, and — for customers — operational data generated by deployed robots.
3. How we use it
To reply to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, keep robots safe, and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data.
4. Robot operational data
Sensor data from customer sites stays in the customer’s chosen region. Fleet-wide learning only uses anonymised data, and only with written consent.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Customer data is retained for the duration of the agreement plus any legally required period.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to privacy@kineta.ai.
