Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using this website or Kineta services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. Services
Kineta provides robotic hardware, the Kineta OS software platform and related support as described in your order form.
3. Pilots and subscriptions
Plans are billed per cell per month unless agreed otherwise. Pilots convert to a subscription unless cancelled 30 days before the end date.
4. Safe operation
Customers must follow the safety guidance provided during onboarding and keep certified operators on site during operation.
5. Intellectual property
Kineta retains all rights in its hardware designs, software and models. Customers retain ownership of their own data.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kineta’s liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 30 days of written notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Rotterdam.
