Inspection rounds without the risk

Context

Halvard Energy came to us with a familiar problem: demand that moved faster than their automation could. Quadruped patrols now cover 14 km of plant every day, reading 600 analogue gauges automatically.

Approach

We started with a two-week shadowing sprint on the floor, recording every edge case operators handled by instinct. Those recordings became the first training set for the cell, and the operators became its teachers.

Outcome

Within the first quarter the cells reached −60% on time on hazardous rounds, and the team now adds new tasks without writing a line of code.
